UN Afghanistan Factsheets, January-December 2024

The 2024 Factsheet centers on the results achieved with UN-supported interventions for the period January to December 2024, responding to the humanitarian and basic human needs of people in Afghanistan. In July 2023, the UN Country Team adopted the United Nations Strategic Framework for Afghanistan (UNSFA) 2023–2025. As a multi-year framework, the UNSFA allows to address sustainably the Afghan people’s large-scale basic human needs and to reduce the medium- and long-term humanitarian caseload.
